Recruitment of encounter/contact recreation exchange meeting participation teams

Business purpose:
This project is held by Kagoshima City, but at the end of 2016, Kagoshima City, Hioki City, Ichikikushikino City and Aira City have concluded an agreement on "Kagoshima Cooperation Central Urban Area" From here, those who have a head office or branch in Aira City can also participate.

Participation fee:
Encounter/contact recreation exchange meeting is 100 yen per participant (planned) as insurance fee
Encounter/launch event is 4,000 yen per participant

Number of recruited teams: 24 teams

Requirements for applicant office:

In principle, 20 to 30 people will be organized as a team at the same business site, but it is possible to apply by forming a mixed team at multiple business sites. Also, business establishments with less than 20 participants will be able to apply because a complex team will be organized at the competition secretariat. However, if you have less than 5 people, please contact the convention secretariat in advance.

Participants must include more than half of the single people (20 to 40 years old) who participate in the "exchange meeting". (Do not include single people who participate only in athletic meet, and make it half or more)
