The stone-paved mountain pass road "Shiroganezaka" that runs through the mountainous area from Aira City to Kagoshima City is part of the Oguchi-suji main road of the Satsuma domain. The steep slope was known as the most difficult road within the domain. A vertical race will be held on Shiroganezaka, starting from the base and climbing all the way to the top!
