The new Kajiki Complex Government Building will be constructed on the ground within the current Government Building site.
The current government building is planned to be demolished and a plaza will be built on the site.
Construction work on the new government building is expected to begin in September 4th year of Reiwa (scheduled), and the new government building is expected to open around May 6th year of Reiwa. In addition, the demolition work of the existing government building and the construction of a new plaza are scheduled to begin after May 2006 after the completion of the construction and relocation of the new government building.
