[Aira City Fire Department] Amphibious buggy training

How nice! 0 Based on the deployment of tsunami and large-scale storm and flood damage vehicles, improvement of individual activity technology of the members and training for various practical events as Kagoshima Prefecture sediment and storm and flood damage mobility support unit will enable more practical unit operation technology. Training was conducted over two days, onshore on 1st July and on water on 2nd July, in order to expand and acquire the skills, and to improve crisis management and safety management capabilities. A total of 56 participants, including 5 employees from affiliated companies, conducted the test.

About dispatch of emergency fire support team

How nice! 0 On July 4, in response to the heavy rain disaster in southern Kyushu, Aira City Fire Department dispatched 5 members of the 1st dispatch team and 4 members of the 2nd dispatch team to the Kagoshima Prefecture landslide/flood damage mobility support unit. We have been dispatched to Kumamoto Prefecture along with the amphibious buggy that was deployed this year, and we are continuing activities there. We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the victims of this disaster and pray for the souls of those who died.
