The second screening project of director Makoto Shinkai’s works!
As part of a revival screening project organized by Filmarks, Japan's largest review service for movies, dramas, and anime, "The Place Promised in Our Early Days," which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, will be screened again for a limited time from Friday, May 17th! This project is the second in a series of two consecutive months of revival screenings of works by animation director Makoto Shinkai, who continues to garner support from a wide range of audiences both in Japan and overseas. Aira City Hall new building inauguration ceremony
To commemorate the completion of the new Aira City Hall building, an event will be held, turning the area around the city hall into a pedestrian paradise. Sakura Festival “Ogi Japanese Banquet”
The continuous rainy weather during this period is called the “Rainy Rainy Season.'' Unfortunately, the weather was terrible at the Aira Spring Festival the other day (although there were still a surprising number of visitors), but it looks like the weather will be nice this Saturday. The “Sakura Festival Ougi Japanese Banquet'' will be held at Seiko Shrine in Kajiki. Many performances are planned. There will also be stalls run by members of the Aira City Tourism Association. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom, making it a perfect day for cherry blossom viewing. Please come and invite each other.
